Our family is trying to incorporate more raw recipes into our diet at the moment so this will be a nice treat with the extra bonus of containing ingredients that have great health benefits. Coconut oil has amazing health benefits including increasing your immunity and aiding your metabolism (for more information on coconut oil, follow this link) Cacao powder is a powerful antioxidant and contains magnesium, both of which are highly beneficial for your health. Agave nectar is a traditional natural sweetener with a low GI but still gives a great sweetness. Peppermint oil is great for digestion. So there you have it, we have a recipe for a chocolate that is good for you what more could a busy parent want than a healthy chocolate recipe that is quick and easy - yippee! Below is Celine's recent post:"Just thought I'd share this yummy, quick and easy chocolate recipe I just got hold of....mix- 1/2 Cup coconut oil, 3 Tbs raw cacao powder, 2 Tbs agave nectar, and (optional) 1 drop peppermint essential oil. Drop a tablespoons worth into small paper muffin pans, place in freezer and 15 mins later they are good to eat! how easy is that!!! kids loved them and couldn't believe their luck when mum said that this chocolate will indeed 'make them strong!'... they do melt easily so store them in the fridge xxx" Celine Margot
