Sleeping Animals

Finding fun but age appropriate activities for the littlies can often be a little tricky. This game allows them to immerse themselves in the world of make believe and have fun with their friends.

• Choose an animal or character that goes with your party theme.

• Have the children act like that animal or character i.e. lions crawling on the floor, growling.

• When the leader or adult calls out ‘sleeping lions’ (or your chosen animal/character), all the children have to drop to the floor and lie as still as possible with their eyes shut.

• This can just be a game of fun and at the end the adult chooses the best animal/character OR you can have the rule that anyone who moves is out, leaving the remaining person the winner.
