Banana and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:


1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Banana
1 Cup Organic Milk (or rice milk)
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Mixed Berry Yoghurt (I use Jalna Berry Yoghurt)
½ Cup Rolled Oats (I use Food For Health Muesli Liver Cleansing Wheat Free 500g)

Method:


1. Put all ingredients into a Blender and blitz for 30 seconds or until ingredients are smooth (Makes approx 1 Litre)
