Cheesy Crackers by Tatum Puro
INGREDIENTS:
100g freshly grated cheese
50g plain flour
25g pure butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until they form a ball
- Chill and then roll out very thin.
- Cut with cookie cutters (or in rectangles/squares etc) and bake at 170oC until golden brown (about 12 mins).
TIP:
After processed I also fold in some finely diced broccoli and spinach or herbs for my boy!
VARIATION:
Yummy Party Crackers - cut Mountain Bread wholewheat flat breads with scissors into strips, fry in oil for a few seconds, sprinkle with a little salt or seasoning of choice (we like paprika) and presto, your own yummy crispy chippies for dipping or eating straight from the bowl!
