Frozen Treats Using Fruit

A variety of simple recipes that are the perfect healthy treats for hot summer afternoons when the kiddies are all tuckered out after a big day at school.

Frozen Grapes

Just pick some grapes from the bunch, pop into a container or bowl and freeze. My kiddies love these and are oh so quiet when eating them!
