Sherbet

Ingredients

1 cup pure icing sugar
½ tsp citric acid
½ tsp tartaric acid
¼ tsp baking powder
(this makes it fizzy)






Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve in a small container with a small spoon.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container.

Include a plastic teaspoon in the bag and these can make great take home treats.
